Can I pickup?

Sure! We are an online store only but do allow pickup from our warehouses. Simply add your items to the cart and on the checkout page select "Pickup From Warehouse" and select your desired pickup location. In the order notes let us know the time frame you would like to collect in (we do need a few hours to process and get your order ready). Pickup locations can be found here on the About Us page. Once the order is ready we will send you the collection details and address.

How much will shipping cost?

As you can imagine freight varies with each order. Delivery costs are calculated at the Cart page or at Checkout. Add your items to cart, enter your address and the website will give you a complete quote including freight prior to payment. We only do manual freight quotes for bulk orders.

How long will shipping take?

We have 9 locations around Australia we can ship from so we will ship from the closest warehouse to your delivery address. Our shipping locations are listed on our About Us page. Generally, for metro areas, it takes 1-2 days. Most orders are delivered within 4 days and for rural, it takes approx 4-9 days. WA and NT warehouses keep limited stock so please check with us if you can not wait more than a week for your order to arrive.

Can you send us a quote please?

The short answer is Yes! However, with how many enquiries we receive each day it's impossible to quote on each order prior to checkout. If you are ordering bulk items or need a corporate quote for approval from accounts we are happy to provide a quote. For non-bulk or corporate orders please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. At the final stage prior to payment, your total Inc shipping will be displayed for your consideration. If you still need a quote please reach out and our team will be happy to help.

Can you send us a copy of our order invoice please?

There are several reasons you may need your order invoice so we've made it really easy to access your order invoices. We automatically email all order updates and invoices to the registered email (check spam folders) but if for some reason you need to redownload it simply login to your account here. Click on "Orders" on the side menu and click on "Invoice" to download your invoice.

 

Where is FireFX located?

We are an online store with 9 shipping locations around Australia. We are not shops to walk around and browse in but that's how we bring you the best prices you will find available in Australia. Our locations are listed below (Please note: we do not provide addresses prior to an order being completed as we are not equipped for clients to turn up unannounced. We are an online store with warehouses.)

Online orders can be collected or shipped from:

NT – Darwin (Winnellie)
QLD – Brisbane (Stapylton)
NSW – Newcastle (Beresfield)
NSW – Sydney (Rydalmere and Castle Hill)
VIC – Melbourne (Knoxfield and Croydon South)
WA – Perth (Bassendean and Malaga)

Do you have the product I need in stock in a particular warehouse so I can pickup?

For us to check with the warehouse you want to collect from for stock availability please click the “Quote Request” button at the bottom of the product page and once all items have been added to your “Quote Cart” send that to us so we can check with the warehouse we have that in stock for you to collect.

Are the tags date stamped if we order online from FireFX?

Not unless you request we do that for you. To have your equipment tagged and stamped before we send it please scroll to the bottom of the product you wanting and below the "DO YOU NEED ANY EXTRAS?" heading you will see the option "STAMP MAINTENANCE TAG" click that and then add your item to cart. This needs to be done on all products you need tagged and stamped prior to adding to cart. If this is not done your products will come with unstamped tags.

Can you send me an Invoice before I order to pay by bank transfer?

To pay by bank transfer please complete the checkout as per normal and from the payment methods choose "bank transfer" that will provide you with the bank details and ref number to make an electronic bank transfer for your order. Our system automatically sends out invoices once an order has been confirmed. To access invoices after checkout please see FAQ here on how to access your past invoices.

Do you do servicing?

No we do not. We are an online store and we believe in sticking to the knitting, so we do what we do best which is selling fire equipment at the best prices around. We do work with many service companies and we would be happy to refer you for ongoing servicing needs. Fill in our service booking form and we will put you in touch with an agent closest to you
