Items well packed in their own cardboard box for transport complete with a new bracket. My existing units were being replaced with these new slightly shorter but wider units but fortunately I could use the existing brackets. It seems such a shame that you need to replace these units every 5 years, when with proper maintenance and protection in doors they would last much longer. Modern economy in our wasteful world. Minor delivery problem was rectified very quickly.
